Summary Intriguing match between top side
Geelong and second-placed Bulldogs, although a little of the edge
has been removed due to the absence of injured Geelong guns Gary
Ablett and Cameron Ling. The Dogs were far from impressive against
an appalling Melbourne side last week, doing just enough to win by
a comfortable margin. The big question this match tosses up is just
what impact the absence of Ling and Ablett will have. Without them
Adam Cooney, Daniel Cross and Ryan Griffen will be hard to contain
- but count on "The Transporter" action star Jason
Statham-lookalike Paul Chapman to be among the goals as he weaves
his way through the midfield in a bid to ensure his 150th game ends
on a high.
Key Can the Bulldogs penetrate Geelong's stern
defence? Matthew Scarlett, Tom Harley, Darren Milburn and co are
second only to Sydney in the league for staving off opposition
scores.
Tip Geelong by 20 points
